Services

Weqaya Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the United Arab Emirates. A detailed description of our services and pricing will be provided upon request or as outlined in our service packages.

Booking and Scheduling

• Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our website https://www.weqayti.com.
• We require a minimum of 1 business day notice for booking a cleaning service.
• Same-day service requests may be accommodated based on availability and may incur an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

• We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule or cancel your cleaning service with at least 1 business day notice without any penalty.
• Cancellations after 1 day notice will incur a 40% cancellation fee.
• If the cleaner arrives at your premises and is unable to perform the service due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., no access to the property), a 100% cancellation fee will be applicable.

Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible work environment for our cleaners.
• Please remove valuables, fragile items, and hazardous materials from cleaning areas before the service.
• We are not responsible for damage to such items.
• If you require cleaning of high areas, special equipment, or specific cleaning solutions, please inform us in advance.    Additional charges may apply.
• In accordance with UAE labor laws, you must provide our cleaners with rest periods as mandated by law.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full upon completion of the cleaning service. We accept, credit card, cash.
• We reserve the right to request a deposit for bookings, particularly for new clients or special requests.

Pricing and Estimates

• Prices for our services are based on the size of the property, the level of service requested, and the frequency of cleaning.
• We provide free estimates upon request.
• Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original estimate e.g., carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning.

Liability

• Weqaya Cleaning Services carries general liability insurance.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of replacing or repairing damaged items, with a maximum limit outlined in our insurance policy.
• We are not liable for any damages caused by pre-existing conditions, misuse of client property, or acts of God.

Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate service to any client who is abusive, disrespectful, or violates our terms and conditions.
• You may terminate service at any time with 2 days’ written notice.

Client Satisfaction

• We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our cleaning service, please let us know within 1 hour of completion.
• We will do our best to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Entire Agreement

• These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Weqaya Cleaning Services and the client and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.

Amendments

• Weqaya Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will be available on our website https://www.weqayti.com or provided upon request.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
